Ausgabenhaushalt Der Ausgabenhaushalt listet auf, zu welchen Ausgaben das Parlament die Regierung in den einzelnen Zuständigkeiten ermächtigt. Der Ausgabenhaushalt ist Teil des Dekretes, das die gesamten Haushaltspläne der DG umfasst. Der normative Teil und der Haushaltsplan der Ausgaben sind Bestandteil des Dekretes. Der Ausgabenhaushalt ist in in eine zusammenfassende Tabelle aufgegliedert nach Organisationsbereichen und Programmen aufgelistet. Als Anhang wird darüber hinaus auch ein administrativer Haushalt angefügt, der die Ausgaben innerhalb jedes Programms auf Zuweisungen herunterbricht. Die allgemeinen Erläuterungen werden in einem gesonderten Parlamentsdokument aufgeführt.
