Zum Beispiel im Organisationsbereich „Unterricht, Ausbildung und Arbeitsbeschaffung“ gibt es u.a. die Programme „Gehaltsgebundene Ausgaben im Unterrichtswesen“, „Schülerbeförderung“, „Kunstunterricht“ und „Außerschulische Aus- und Weiterbildung im Bereich Mittelstand und Landwirtschaft“. Die Programme sind wiederum in Zuweisungen aufgegliedert.
