Petition Aus dem Parlaments-Lexikon Das Petitionsrecht gehört zu den Grundrechten der Belgier (Artikel 28 der Verfassung). Die Bürger haben das Recht, Bitten oder Beschwerden an das DG-Parlament zu richten. Das DG-Parlament kann Petitionen entgegennehmen, die sich auf Gemeinschaftskompetenzen beziehen. Der zuständige Ausschuss entscheidet dann, wie weiter mit der Petition verfahren wird.
