Dotation Aus dem Parlaments-Lexikon Die Dotation (von dotieren = mit Geldmitteln versehen) ist eine gesetzlich festgelegte Pauschalsumme des Föderalstaates zur Finanzierung der Deutschsprachigen Gemeinschaft. Die per Dekret festgelegten Mittel der Wallonischen Region, die die Deutschsprachige Gemeinschaft für die Ausübung von Regionalkompetenzen erhält, (Gemeindefinanzierung, Beschäftigungspolitik...), werden ebenfalls als Dotation bezeichnet. Auch bei den jährlichen Pauschalmitteln, die die DG paragemeinschaftlichen Einrichtungen wie dem BRF gewährt, spricht man von Dotationen.
